Dress - c/o IKRUSH | Shoes - Topshop | Bag - Mulberry

I was recently sent this dress from IKRUSH and despite it being very much out of my comfort zone I absolutely love it!  I'm not much of a dress person and I definitely don't do florals but I've made an exception for this. The t-shirt shape takes away a bit of the girliness and it's navy, my all-time fave. Plus right now I have a real thing for daisy prints and the fact that these ones aren't ditsy makes it a floral pattern I can just about handle. It's absolutely perfect for these hot summer days we've been having, I think I'm actually starting to see the appeal in dresses now...they're just so easy to chuck on and go! And people actually said I looked pretty, maybe I should dress like a girl more often ;)

The Alexa dress costs just £15 with free standard shipping (holla!) and I'd put the quality up there with high street stores such as New Look. For reference I have the M and I'd say it's like a UK size 10-12, the length is good too and it's not one of those horrible flimsy things that blows up in the air when you're standing at the crossing and a car zooms past (we've all been there right?) They have loads of other cute things, I'd especially recommend them if you're off on your holibobs! And make sure you sign up to get 10% off your first order.

What do you think? Have you ordered from IKRUSH before?

  11. This dress was made for you Josie! I love anything with a daisy print too, unbeatable <3 Love how you've teamed your dress so stylishly with the birkies too ;) I'm glad the dress has got good staying power, I'm THAT unfortunate girl who was walking along LA, hands on my lower body trying to keep my dress from blowing up at the traffic crossing haha! Shameful!

We definitely must do lunch! ;-)

That dress looks gorgeous on you :) i'm the same - not really girly and usually wear jeans and tees but 'cos the weather's been so hot i've been wearing summer dresses and pushed myself to wearing florals and they're not actually that bad aha. 24. Ahh so pretty!! I love your usual style (I wish I could look so effortlessly chic!) but you suit the girly dress so much too. Daisies are one of my favourite flowers, and they look so lovely on clothes! What a bargain price, I'm a sucker for free delivery! I spend my life searching for tshirt dresses haha the only one I've got so far is a grey marl knee length one that resembles a nightie from H&M! xxx
