LIFESTYLE | Week #3

'Lovebug' Card - one of the new additions to Frojo Designs

Hey! How are ya doing? This week has been a bit of a crummy one because I've been ill still, I'm feeling constantly out of breath and dizzy so I think my oxygen levels are low which is annoying...if they are it means IVs and a hospital stay -_- but we shall see on Tuesday! I'm on steroids but I don't think they're really doing much apart from make me feel really grumpy haha. But I did get to go out on Friday, it was my Mama's birthday so we went for drinks with friends and family which was really fun!

Here's a little bit more of what this week has entailed:

I watched | 'Locke' which I thought was going to be a bit dull because the whole thing is a man on the phone in his car. That man happened to be Tom Hardy though which is why I watched it and it was actually brilliant, really gripping but realistic I thought. It also features the voices of Ruth Wilson and Olivia Coleman who were just fab, as always. But I don't think it's something I would've gone to the cinema to see, it seemed more suited as a TV thing...not that that's an insult at all, I think television is just as good as film!

I bought | NOTHING. Not a bean. Go me! Well, I bought pizza but food never counts right?

I made | Some new stock for Frojo Designs. All cards come with brown kraft paper envelopes and I'm kind of obsessed with them haha. I'll be adding new designs as soon as I'm able to but for now I'd love to know what you think of the current ones!

I loved | Katy's post on her Top 5 Children's Books. It made me feel SO nostalgic! Her post also inspired me to join Goodreads so if you have it add Katy and me as fwends! And if you like posts on books I'm reviewing Shantaram tomorrow :)

Hope you've had a good week! What's been your highlight?

  1. Yay I've added you as a friend on Goodreads! I love that site so muuuch. But I'm sorry to hear about how you've been feeling - fingers crossed for the best! Now I just need a Valentine to give one of your cards too... I have actually been listening to that Lana song loads lately. Maybe I should give it to myself, hahaha. x

I really wanted to watch 'Locke' for the same reason as you haha (Tom Hardy - swwoooooon) but I heard it was really boring! Maybe I'll give it a go, just for him!
