FASHION | My Top 3 NYFW Collections

I know I'm a little late with this (my fave LFW collections will be up soon!) but I only managed to have a catch up with the shows over the weekend. While I love seeing what the designers have come up with and can appreciate their creativity, we all know I prefer a simple (read: boring) look and am not so fussed with trends so I've picked out some of the more timeless looks.

Prabal Gurung

It's not a new idea but I love the idea of an evening dress being brought back down to earth with a less formal coat. I just adore the cuts of these dresses and I think that jumpsuit is super hot too. See the full collection here.

Tibi

While I don't think you'll ever get me in pastels (or platform shoes for that matter) I really like the shapes in this collection...these cropped loose trousers look so chic I think! Comfortable too, which is always a must for me. If someone could get me that second look please, thank you very much. See the whole collection here.

Frame Denim

Perhaps not the most exciting collection of NYFW but it's certainly my favourite, which I'm sure won't surprise you one bit! I just love every single piece, it was hard narrowing it down to just five looks. I'm surgically attached to my skinnies but the idea of looser denim has really been appealing to me lately and these cuts are perfect. I don't think I would personally wear flares but these kind of 70's shapes are ones that I most definitely can get on board with. See the full collection here.

What's your favourite out of these? What would your top 3 shows be?
