Blurry lunch from a few weeks ago with my family at a cute little cafe/shop round the corner. It sells all these shabby chic stuff and then the little food bit is lovely too...rose lemonade is my new favourite thing!
I used to have that Union Jack cushion but I wanted something pink...saw this is Next for £12 and thought it was super cute! Call me sad but I love going to those big Next Home stores, wish I had my own place to decorate!
I went to Primark to find those Bambi socks but they didn't have them which made me feel pathetically sad but then I heard a staff member say 'Where are we putting these pug socks?' and my ears literally pricked up like a dogs. Pug socks! The dog looks a little sad but they're too cute, they were only £2 for all three as well. Just as lovely as the Topshop ones I say!
Finally, some daffs because I'm too fed up of Winter and am just longing for Spring! You can see my little pink bird there as well, I got it in Sass And Belle in Covent Garden the other week. Love that store too much, I prefer it to Cath Kidston (probably because there are more animal themed things...) They had a massive sale on but I was good and left only with my little £2 birdie.
I kind of forgot about these posts, I'll try and be a bit more frequent with them though! Let me know if you've done something similar!

The rose lemonade is lovely isn't it?! I had it a while ago in a little coffee shop in the village, your panini looks pretty delicious too! The Next cushion is so sweet, I love the aesthetic of your room Josie. Going to any home store makes me wish I had a whole house to decorate too. I'm so jealous of your fresh and beautiful daffodils, they're one of my favourite flowers and I didn't even know they were available at this time of year! I'm going to keep an eye out in the supermarket when we go to do our food shopping next week, can't beat a vase of flowers for brightening things up :) xxx

ReplyDeleteSpring seemed like it was sprung a couple of hours ago, when I walked home from work with blue skies overhead! We actually sell daffodils (they're from Lincolnshire- seems way too early though) there as well. I might buy a bunch next week! Ooh I love Fentimans drinks, their normal lemonade is delicious too, but the rose one is my fave. The bottles are so cute too- often I'll take mine home and use it as a vase for sweet peas in the summer xx
ReplyDeleteI love that rose lemonade too! So nice, though to be honest I love any fresh lemonade. I'm exactly the same with home stores, I think I actually get more excited about going to Ikea than clothes shopping! Hah. The pug socks are adorable!
