Hello! How are you? Today I have one day holiday from work which is random but nice! I've been mainly ill all week because I caught this nasty virus thing that's making all my joints ache which is major boos but at least I don't have to work til Monday. And I'm glad it's not CF playing up because that would probably mean a course of IVs and I don't fancy that right now. What's annoying me is when I was younger my brother used to call me 'Virus Jo' in a kind of sing-song voice so whenever I get a virus I get it stuck in my head haha. He don't do it now we're grown up and I'm basically bullying myself!

But I'm feeling a bit better today so I think tonight I'm hopefully going to Frankie and Benny's with my friend (yet again, but we like the food!) and then out for drinks for my brother's girlfriend's birthday...I was invited but I kind of feel like I'm intruding, ever get that feeling? No one's making me feel like that at all, it's just me being silly! Anyway I hope you're having a lovely weekend!

You should tell your brother he's psychologically scarred you and he needs to repay you in chocolate whenever you remember what he said :) glad you're feeling a bit better now Josie, roll on the warmer weather so you can avoid nasty colds and viruses. I hope you enjoyed Frankie and Bennys, I love the food there even though I have the same thing every time, spag bol, but it's my favourite! Whatever the weather and even when you've been poorly you still manage to look gorgeous and glam, how is this! And I have serious ponytail envy from your new photo over there..! xxx
