Preloved | Two Tone Ballet Flats

I am such a shoe girl - some of you may remember back in the day when this blog was called Josie Loves Shoes hahaha. So thought I'd show you a recent pair, in my new 'series' if you will sharing the preloved things I've picked up. It may be a bit useless to some as I can't provide links to the products but hopefully it'll prove that you can pick up some gorge bits second hand! I used to buy loads of vintage when I was younger (and wish I'd bloody kept it all.) Also, it's just nice to go back to old school blogging where you shared something because you love it, for the pure joy of it and not just to earn dollar (although there's nothing wrong with that either if that's your thing!)

Before you say it, yes I'm cringing at how cliche these photos are! Can't help but be a #basicbitch sometimes. Anyway like I said, I've been making an effort to buy more preloved items through either charity shops or depop. It's fab because you're recycling (the amount of waste produced by the fashion industry is quite scary) and also you're raising money for a great cause or helping your fellow everyday gal or boy make a bit of cash (shop my depop and you could do both as 10% of each item sold goes to the Cystic Fibrosis Trust - check out what I'm selling at @sickchickchic *plugplug*) You get something for an absolute bargain too so it's a win-win all round!

So these shoes are a recent depop find (the seller was @43emf43x, she has some cool things) and they're brand new, originally Dorothy Perkins. I wanted a smart flat shoe that wasn't black and these are perfect! The design is of course a rip off of the Chanel ones but they look beaut with just about everything plus they're super comfy despite the slight heel. I can see myself getting a lot of wear out of these!

What do you think? What's been your best preloved buy?
